How to Buy Slabs

Slabs are delivered only to a licensed fabricator. Review the delivery requirements before requesting samples.

Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Arctic White stays remarkably clean. This sintered stone slab is a manufactured mineral surface with a satin finish, a fixed 126x63 format and a listed 1/2 thickness.

Questions we get

Is satin the same as polished?

No. Satin falls between matte and gloss, giving Arctic White a soft sheen without the strong reflections associated with a mirror-polished face.

What is a sintered stone batch?

A batch is one production run. The Arctic White pattern repeats closely from slab to slab, and photographs on this page show the batches currently available as selections change.

How does delivery work after quoting?

The selected slabs go to a licensed fabricator for templating, cutting and installation. Transport is by A-frame truck within 50 miles or crated LTL freight beyond that range.
