Product Description
Bergen Sand is a square porcelain mosaic with a stone look in a matte finish, 8.5 mm (5/16 inch) thick.
Bergen is a stone look made with Del Conca's Trace process, a dimensional glaze that gives the face a real, touchable texture. The color runs through the body, the edges are rectified, and the line covers 24x48 down to 4x12 with a Geometrie decor, mosaics and bullnose.
Sheets of about 0.97 sq ft of 1-3/8 x 1-3/8 inch squares on mesh follow the slope of a shower floor and add grip with their grout lines.
The Trace glaze gives the matte face a dimensional texture you can feel, not just a printed picture of stone. It is a colored body porcelain: the tint goes all the way through, which keeps chips and cut edges discreet. Del Conca rates the shade variation as moderate, so tone and veining move from one piece to the next.
Sold by the sheet, about 0.97 sq ft each, in boxes of 10.
