How to Buy Slabs

Slabs are delivered only to a licensed fabricator. Review the delivery requirements before requesting samples.

Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Calacatta Ultra Soft with Branching Motion

With a pale white ground and scattered gray movement, this Calacatta Ultra Soft sintered stone slab has a light, spacious appearance. The pattern remains active. Neolith makes the 126x59 rectangular surface from minerals that are pressed and fired, with a listed thickness of 1/4 inch.

Design

Fine Branches Across Ultra Soft White

Through the upper third, a layered gray vein travels diagonally toward the right and breaks into a loose network of thin lines. Broad white dominates below. A feathered band enters at the lower left, then narrows toward the center, while faint gray wisps spread across the middle and lower right.

Lightly webbed top

Fine lines cluster around the main upper vein and disperse toward the edge.

Spacious lower area

The lower field carries softer marks with plenty of white between them.

Where to use it

Gentle Contrast for Long Runs

In a kitchen, residential countertops can use the long diagonal movement to connect separate cuts while keeping the overall scheme light and restrained. Short cuts still have character. On bathroom shower walls or living room interior walls, larger pieces reveal the transition from clustered branches to open white.

Delivery beyond 50 miles from the holding warehouse uses crated LTL freight and goes to the licensed fabricator.
