How to Buy Slabs

Slabs are delivered only to a licensed fabricator. Review the delivery requirements before requesting samples.

Do You Have a Fabricator?

Slabs can only be shipped to a licensed fabricator for unloading. We don't recommend shipping slabs to job sites or to non-fabricators. Before requesting samples, make sure you have a fabricator to handle your slabs.

Slabs Are Heavy and Delicate

Special care is required when shipping slabs. There are two shipping methods:

Truck with an A-Frame: Check with your fabricator to see if they are equipped to pick up the slab from our facility where it is located. Your fabricator should contact us to confirm availability and pricing before you order samples. We deliver within 50 miles of the warehouse directly to licensed fabricators only (no job site deliveries).
LTL Shipments by Crate: If your fabricator is more than 50 miles from our slab warehouse, they should ask about pricing for crating and shipping. Please contact us for crating charges and confirm freight costs before ordering slab samples.
Slabs should be handled only by the people listed above. We are not responsible for any damage or liability from slab handling.
Preparation and shipment of slab samples may take 6-9 business days.

Soft Calacatta with Layered Gray Branches

With a white ground and fine gray motion, this Calacatta Ultra Soft Neolith sintered stone slab has a light, open appearance. Minerals are pressed and fired to make the surface, while the pattern runs through its body and repeats closely across one production run. Its scale is generous. The listed 126x63 size and 1/2 thickness remain consistent rather than varying like random-size material.

Design

Broad White Fields, Broken Diagonal Veins

The photographed face is mostly warm white, crossed by gray lines that angle from upper left toward lower right and split into delicate branches. Veining gathers around the perimeter. Soft cloudy passages sit beneath several lines, but the center retains wide, calm openings with no obvious spots or fossil marks. The Ultra Soft finish keeps attention on the pattern's gradual shifts.

Where to use it

Long Lines for a Planned Layout

Across residential countertops, the directional veins can follow a kitchen run and leave broad white sections between cutouts or adjoining pieces. In a bathroom, shower walls can display more of the branching pattern at once, while interior walls bring the same movement into a larger composition. Review placement early. The licensed fabricator receives, templates, cuts, and installs the material.

Current production runs appear on this page with a separate photo for each slab. The selection changes as material sells.

Who handles cutting and installation?

A licensed fabricator handles both. The fabricator also creates the project template and receives the slab before work begins.

What does local delivery mean?

Within 50 miles of the warehouse holding the slab, delivery to the fabricator uses an A-frame truck. Beyond that range, crated LTL freight is used.
