Product Description
Carenza Oro is a 24x24 polished porcelain tile that interprets white Carrara-style marble with flowing gold-toned veins. The warm veining gives the white field a gentle cream and gold character without changing its overall light color. Its glossy face reflects surrounding light, and the 9 mm, or 3/8 inch, body is finished with rectified edges.
A square 24x24 format establishes an even grid and presents larger sections of the marble pattern than the 12x24 option. Because the tile carries a V3 shade variation rating, color and vein placement differ noticeably among pieces, creating movement across a broad surface. Approved settings include light residential floors, interior residential and commercial walls, shower walls, and backsplashes in bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms.
The porcelain has water absorption of 0.5% or less, so it is impervious and takes up almost no water. Breaking strength measures at least 425 pounds, well above the ANSI floor-tile minimum of 250 pounds. It is resistant to both frost and thermal shock under their respective tests.
Carenza Oro is packaged by the box, with the price displayed per square foot. One 67-pound box contains 4 tiles covering 15.46 square feet. Coordinating Oro formats include the 12x24 tile, 24x48 tile, and 4x12 bullnose. The 24x24 format is also offered in Bianca polished.
