Product Description
Carenza Oro presents a 24x48 polished porcelain tile with a white marble look and warm gold veining. The elongated pattern gives the light surface a sense of directional movement, while the gold tones soften the brightness of the white ground. Rectified edges frame the polished face, and the tile measures 9 mm, or 3/8 inch, thick.
At 24x48, each tile covers a broad area and allows substantial sections of the marble-inspired design to remain visible. The reflective finish carries light through a room, while V3 shade variation creates noticeable changes in vein placement and background tone between pieces. The tile is rated for light residential floors, residential and commercial interior walls, shower walls, and backsplashes across bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms.
Water absorption is limited to 0.5% or less, defining the body as impervious porcelain that absorbs almost no water and does not stain internally. A breaking strength of at least 425 pounds exceeds the ANSI floor-tile benchmark of 250 pounds by a wide margin. Frost and thermal shock resistance describe its performance in those two temperature-related tests.
This tile is sold by the box, though pricing is displayed per square foot. Each 67-pound box includes 2 pieces with 15.49 square feet of coverage. Oro also comes in 12x24 and 24x24 tiles and a 4x12 bullnose. Bianca polished provides another color in the 24x48 format.
