Product Description
Horizons Graphite is a 4x12 porcelain tile with a concrete look in a matte finish, 8.5 mm (5/16 inch) thick.
Horizons mixes a concrete surface with the grain of stone. The rectified, colored body porcelain comes in Ivory, Gray, Graphite and White, from 24x48 to 4x12, with a square mosaic, a 4 inch hexagon and a bullnose.
At 4x12, the tile works as a subway on a backsplash or in a herringbone on a floor.
Horizons Graphite has a matte, low-glare face that hides daily wear better than a shiny one. It is a colored body porcelain: the tint goes all the way through, which keeps chips and cut edges discreet. Del Conca rates the shade variation as moderate, so tone and veining move from one piece to the next. Its wet DCOF is 0.42 or higher, the ANSI threshold for level indoor floors exposed to water.
Every piece is rectified, so the edges are straight and true and the grout lines can stay thin. Each box holds 36 pieces, 11.65 sq ft, about 46 lb, and orders round up to full boxes.
