Product Description
Pietra Marme de Milano White presents a 24x48 matte porcelain tile in a white marble look. Its pale surface carries an intricate mesh of slender gray veins inspired by Invisible Gray marble. Across the long rectangular face, the detailed lines travel through a generous area, making the stone-like pattern readable without changing its quiet white foundation.
The 24x48 dimensions create an elongated scale suited to expansive interior surfaces, while rectified edges keep the outline clean and accurately defined. A matte finish diffuses reflected light instead of producing a polished shine. V3 variation brings noticeable tonal and pattern changes between pieces. Approved settings include residential and commercial interior floors and walls, shower walls, and backsplashes in kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
An absorption rate of 0.5% or less makes this impervious porcelain, so the tile takes up almost no water. Breaking strength reaches at least 425 pounds, compared with the ANSI A137.1 minimum of 250 pounds for a floor tile. Resistance to frost testing and thermal shock is also part of its measured performance, without extending the interior use ratings.
The tile is packaged two pieces per box, yielding 15.49 square feet at a box weight of 67 pounds. It is purchased by the box, with the price expressed per square foot. The white collection continues in 12x24 and 24x24 tiles, along with 2x2 and 3 inch hexagon mosaics.
