Product Description
Quartzite Sand is a 12x24 porcelain tile with a stone look with a textured grip face, 8.5 mm (5/16 inch) thick.
Quartzite is modeled on Brazilian quartzite, a layered stone with fine, sparkling grain. The rectified, colored body porcelain comes in Bianco, Sand, Gray and Dark Gray, with a Grip 12x24 for wet floors, a Muretto wall tile, a mosaic and a bullnose.
Quartzite Sand 12x24 works in a straight stack, a one-third offset or a herringbone on walls and floors.
Quartzite Sand Grip carries a textured face that holds better underfoot when wet, for showers, entries and pool surrounds indoors. The color runs through the body of the tile, so a chip shows the same tone instead of a light clay base. Shade variation is moderate: tone and pattern change from piece to piece, as in natural material.
Rectified edges, ground square after firing, allow a tight grout joint. Sold by the box: one box covers 15.5 sq ft in 8 pieces and weighs about 61 lb.
Also in Quartzite Sand: 12x24 tile, 24x48 tile, 4x12 tile, 4x24 bullnose, muretto mosaic, square mosaic.
Made in the USA by Del Conca USA in Loudon, Tennessee, and shipped from there.
