Troia Light with a rustic edge
The Troia Light is a rectangular wall-mount sink carved by hand from light beige travertine quarried in Turkey. At 16 inches wide, 24 inches long and 5 inches high, it balances a roomy basin with compact proportions, so it suits a primary bath, a guest suite or a powder room. Travertine ages with character, and each sink is unique: natural color variations and subtle veining are part of the stone, not production defects.
Design
A chiseled front, a honed basin
The exterior edge is hand-chiseled to show raw, textured stone, while the basin inside is honed smooth. That contrast gives the sink depth: the rough front adds weight and character on the wall, and the smooth interior is the working surface. The honed finish is matte, so it shows fewer water marks and needs no polishing to look right, and the smooth basin lets water drain instead of pooling in crevices. The warm beige tones keep the look natural and calm. Moderate color variation between pieces is normal for this stone, so the shade and veining of each sink will differ, and the chiseled edge is never quite the same twice.

Where to use it
Floating, or on a vanity
Mounted on the wall, the sink floats above the floor, with bracket space underneath for the hardware, which keeps the room visually light. It can also be set above a vanity. The standard 1.5 inch drain hole connects to typical drain fittings. The beige and the textured edge work in a modern bathroom as a warm contrast to plain walls, and in a rustic or spa-like room alongside wood and natural fibers.

Installation
Solid backing on the wall
Solid travertine is heavy, so a wall mount needs blocking between the studs at the mounting height, added while the wall is open. A wall-mounted faucet is the usual pairing, so plan its position and run the supply lines before the wall is closed. Set above a vanity, the sink needs a flat, level and strong top with the drain hole cut to line up. A professional installer is recommended, and technical drawings are provided for custom pieces to help with layout.

Care
Travertine is a porous calcite stone, so acids such as vinegar or lemon can etch the honed surface. Periodic resealing maintains its protection, and how often depends on use.
