Product Description
Ivorynn Stone Sahara Sand takes shape as a 24x48 matte porcelain tile with a travertine look. Warm beige bands and vein-like markings are matched by raised digital texture, creating physical relief that corresponds with the printed stone pattern.
At 24x48, each tile covers a broad area and gives the linear graphics room to extend across a floor or wall. Rectified edges define the large 9 mm thick panels, and the matte finish controls reflected light across their textured faces. V4 variation brings pronounced changes in tone and markings from tile to tile. Approved settings include residential and commercial interior floors and walls, backsplashes, shower walls, and light residential floors in bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms. An IW rating confirms suitability for level interior floors that become wet.
This impervious porcelain absorbs no more than 0.5% water, meaning it takes in almost none. A breaking strength of at least 425 pounds surpasses the 250-pound ANSI A137.1 minimum for floor tile. Its Mohs 7 surface resists scratching by sand and grit. Wet DCOF of at least 0.42 meets ANSI A326.3 criteria for level wet indoor floors. Class E chemical resistance, frost resistance, and thermal shock resistance complete the available performance profile.
Boxes are priced per square foot and contain two tiles, covering 15.49 square feet at a box weight of 67 pounds. Sahara Sand coordinates with 32x32 tile and 2x2 mosaic. Caramel Noce matte and Riverstone Grey matte provide two colors in this 24x48 format.
