Product Description
Pietra Marme de Milano White is a 2x2 matte porcelain mosaic with a white marble look. Each small square carries part of a dense arrangement of delicate gray veins over a white base, reflecting the detailed appearance of Invisible Gray marble. The repeated modules break that stone-inspired drawing into a compact, textured grid.
Frequent joints give the 2x2 pattern a finer scale than the large tiles in the series, and the matte finish prevents the surface from reading as glossy. V3 shade variation means changes in color and veining remain noticeable across the sheets. Its ratings include backsplashes, residential interior walls, shower walls and floors, and bathroom floors and walls, placing it on both vertical and horizontal bathroom surfaces as well as kitchen walls.
The mosaic measures 9 mm, or 3/8 inch, in thickness. Water absorption is limited to 0.5%, qualifying it as impervious porcelain that takes up almost no water. Its breaking strength is at least 425 pounds, well beyond the 250-pound ANSI A137.1 reference for floor tile. It also resists frost testing and thermal shock testing.
Sheets are the selling unit, and one sheet accounts for 0.97 square feet. A box contains 10 pieces and weighs 38 pounds. Related white choices include 12x24, 24x24, and 24x48 tiles, plus the craft hexagon mosaic for a different geometric scale.
