Product Description
Taj Opus Palace White is a 2x2 matte porcelain mosaic with a marble look based on the gentle coloring of Taj Mahal stone. Small white pieces carry the collection's fine shimmer, creating a softly articulated surface rather than one continuous reflective plane. The line also explores the same stone character in Emperial Grey and Mirage Sand, two companion neutrals with distinct tonal weight.
The 2x2 pattern divides the surface into a close grid, adding visual texture and frequent joints within each sheet. Its matte finish controls reflection, while V3 shade variation brings moderate, clearly visible changes among the individual pieces. The mosaic is rated for shower floors and walls, bathroom floors and walls, residential interior walls, and kitchen backsplashes.
Water absorption is 0.5% or less, making this impervious porcelain that takes up almost no moisture through its body. Breaking strength measures at least 425 lb, comfortably above the 250 lb ANSI floor-tile benchmark. Class E describes its chemical resistance. The mosaic is also resistant to frost and thermal shock.
Sheets are sold individually, and each sheet covers 0.97 sq ft. A box contains 10 sheets and weighs 38 lb. Matching Palace White formats include 12x24, 24x24, and 24x48 field tile, along with a 4-inch hexagon mosaic.
