Product Description
Taj Opus Palace White 24x24 polished porcelain tile uses a square format to frame a shimmering white marble look. Subtle stone movement evokes Taj Mahal without reproducing a flat, uniform surface. The polished face reflects surrounding light, and rectified edges define the 9 mm, or 3/8 inch, tile with clean geometry.
At 24 inches square, the format establishes an even grid and gives the marble-like pattern room to develop in both directions. V3 shade variation signals noticeable tonal and pattern changes between individual pieces, bringing visual depth across a larger area. The tile is rated for residential and commercial interior walls, shower walls, backsplashes, and light residential floors in bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms. Its ANSI A326.3 ID class applies to level indoor floors kept dry.
The porcelain absorbs no more than 0.5% water, placing it in the impervious category and limiting moisture uptake through the body. Breaking strength is at least 425 pounds, compared with the 250-pound ANSI requirement for floor tile. Wet DCOF measures at least 0.42, meeting the ANSI A326.3 value for level indoor floors that get wet. It also has Class E chemical resistance, frost resistance, and thermal shock resistance.
This format is sold by the box with pricing shown per square foot. Four pieces provide 15.46 square feet, and each box weighs 67 pounds. Palace White is also offered in 12x24 and 24x48 tile, a 2x2 mosaic, and a 4 inch hexagon mosaic.
