Product Description
Taj Opus Palace White extends across a 24x48 matte porcelain tile with a marble look drawn from Taj Mahal stone. The light Palace White ground carries a delicate shimmer that adds dimension while remaining less reflective than polished tile. Emperial Grey and Mirage Sand round out the collection's neutral color range, each retaining the same underlying stone reference.
With its elongated 24x48 proportions, this format covers a large area in each piece and produces a broad, architectural scale on floors or walls. The rectified perimeter gives every rectangle a sharply defined outline. V3 variation supplies discernible changes in tone and pattern across the surface, preventing an overly uniform field. Approved applications span residential and commercial interior floors and walls, shower walls, and backsplashes, with bathroom, kitchen, and living room settings represented. The ID floor classification is for dry, level indoor spaces, while a wet DCOF of at least 0.42 meets the ANSI A326.3 benchmark for level interior floors exposed to water.
At 0.5% water absorption or lower, the porcelain is impervious and admits almost no water into its body. Its minimum breaking strength is 425 lb, compared with the 250 lb ANSI requirement for floor tile. The material is resistant to frost and thermal shock and carries Class E chemical resistance.
Two tiles fill each 67 lb carton, providing 15.49 sq ft; boxes are priced by the square foot. The Palace White line continues in 12x24 and 24x24 tile, plus 2x2 and 4-inch hexagon mosaics.
