Carrara White, fluted and 40 inches long
This wall-mount vanity sink is carved by hand from solid Carrara White marble quarried in Turkey. It measures 40 inches long, 16 inches wide and 6 inches high, a long, low form that brings a modern, minimal line to the bathroom wall. The exterior is fluted and the interior basin is smooth and polished.
Design
A fluted face, a smooth basin
The fluted exterior is carved into the stone. Its vertical grooves create depth and play with light, so the front of the sink changes as the light in the room moves. Inside, the polished basin is smooth, with no sharp transitions, so water drains cleanly and cleaning is quick. Curved edges remove the tight corners where water can pool or debris can gather. Carrara marble has a white base with soft gray veining, and the polished surface brings that veining forward. Because each piece is carved individually from solid marble, the naturally unique veining and color differ from sink to sink. Moderate variation is normal for this stone.

A long sink on a clear wall
Wall-mounted sinks are one of the most effective ways to save floor space in a bathroom. With no vanity or pedestal underneath, the floor stays open, the room looks larger and cleaning around the sink is simpler. The mounting height can also be set to suit the household, which helps children and people with limited mobility. At 40 inches long, the sink suits a primary bath or a wide guest bath, and it can serve as a long console basin. The fluted marble works in modern, contemporary, traditional and transitional bathrooms. The 4 cm drain hole takes standard drain fittings, and the walls are 2 to 3 cm thick.

Installation
Anchor it to the studs
A 40 inch solid marble sink is heavy, so drywall alone will not hold it. The sink must be anchored with secure mounting hardware fixed into blocking between the wall studs, or directly into at least two studs, at the planned height. The faucet is usually mounted on the wall above the basin, so its supply lines need to be run inside the wall at the same stage, and the drain position should be set to match the 4 cm drain hole. Professional installation is strongly recommended to prevent shifting or damage later. The sink arrives in a wooden crate for safe transport.

Care
Carrara White is a polished calcite marble and a porous stone. Dark liquids can stain the light color and acidic liquids can etch it if they sit, so sealing matters. How often the sink is resealed depends on how much the bathroom is used.
