Product Description
Cemento Couture Sand is a 12x24 lappato porcelain tile that blends concrete character with subtle stone-like movement. Its warm beige tone softens the industrial look, while the lappato finish adds a lightly polished quality without losing the restrained neutral appearance. Rectified edges define the 9 mm, or 3/8 inch, body.
The 12x24 rectangle gives walls and floors a directional rhythm, and the partially reflective finish catches light more gently than a fully polished surface. V2 variation produces slight tonal changes between pieces, keeping the beige field controlled rather than highly contrasting. Ratings cover residential and commercial interior floors and walls, plus shower walls and backsplashes. Its IW classification includes level indoor floors exposed to water, such as bathroom and kitchen floors.
A wet DCOF of at least 0.42 meets the ANSI A326.3 measure for those level wet interior floors. Mohs hardness of 7 indicates resistance to scratching from grit and sand. Water absorption stays at 0.5% or less, making the porcelain impervious, and breaking strength is at least 425 pounds. It also has Class A chemical resistance and resists frost and thermal shock.
Sold by the box with pricing per square foot, eight pieces cover 15.38 square feet and weigh 67 pounds. Other Sand formats include 24x24 tile, 24x48 tile, and 3x12 bullnose. Smoke lappato offers another color in this size.
