A 52 inch white marble double sink
This double rectangular sink is carved by hand from white marble quarried in Turkey. At 52 inches long, it gives a primary bath or a shared bathroom a full-length focal point, with room for two people to use the sink at once. The look is understated: a long, clean block of white stone with natural veining, polished inside and out. Because the sink is hand carved rather than produced on a line, the veining and the small surface variations are different on every piece, and no two are identical.
Design
A long, low block of white marble
The polished finish catches the light differently depending on the angle, and it brings out the natural veining across the length of the stone. The edges are curved and the surfaces smooth, with no sharp corners or hard-to-clean crevices where soap scum and mineral deposits usually collect. At 5 inches high and 18 inches wide, the sink has a slim profile that suits modern, minimal and transitional bathrooms without visual bulk. Moderate color variation is normal, so the veining will differ from sink to sink.
Polished inside and out
A glossy finish across the basin and outer faces that shows the natural veining.

Smooth transitions with no sharp corners where scum can build up.
Where to use it
Room for two at the wall
Mounted on the wall, the sink creates a floating look that makes the bathroom feel more open and less cluttered. Without a vanity cabinet below, the floor stays clear. The 52 inch length suits a primary bath, or a shared bathroom where two people need the sink at the same time. The same sink can also sit on top of a vanity when storage below is wanted. The design allows a 1 inch bracket space beneath the sink for the wall mounting hardware, and the 1.77 inch drain hole takes a standard drain assembly.

Installation
Reinforce the wall first
A 52 inch marble sink is heavy, so a wall installation needs solid backing. Blocking between the studs at the mounting height, added while the wall is open, gives the brackets a secure hold along the full length. If the sink sits on a vanity instead, the cabinet top must be flat, level and strong enough to carry the stone. A wall-mounted faucet is a natural match, and its position should be decided early so the supply lines can be roughed in. A professional installer is recommended for the weight and to line up the drain cleanly.

Care
White marble is a porous calcite stone, and acids such as vinegar and lemon can etch the polished surface. Sealing protects it against water, and how often it is resealed depends on use, typically once a year.
