Light Travertine Round Handcrafted Vessel Bathroom Sink 16 Inch
Thank you, your request is in.
Our team will review the details and get back to you within one business day.

Travertine · Vessel sink
This round sink is carved by hand from a single block of light travertine quarried in Turkey. The warm beige stone sits easily in a contemporary, transitional or traditional bathroom. It measures 16 inches in diameter and 6 inches high, a comfortable size for daily use. Natural stone of this thickness handles the hot and cold water of daily use well, and it ages gracefully over the years.

Design
The honed and filled finish gives the bowl a smooth, even, matte surface. Filling closes the natural pits common to raw travertine, so dirt has fewer places to settle. Every sink shows its own veining and moderate color variation, and no two pieces are identical.

Carved from one block, with a 2 to 3 cm wall.

Where to use it
The sink can sit on top of the vanity as a vessel, which needs only a drain hole, or be dropped into a cutout so it sits lower. Both suit a bathroom update without replacing the whole vanity. A 4 cm drain hole takes standard drain fittings and works with most bathroom faucets.

Installation
The counter must be flat, level and strong enough for solid stone. As a vessel, the bowl is set in silicone over a drain hole cut to match, with a tall vessel faucet or a wall-mounted faucet. As a drop-in, the counter is cut to an opening sized to the sink. A professional installer can confirm the cutout and drain position.
Why we chose it

Made to order
The standard 16 inch sink ships within 3 to 5 business days. It can also be made to order in a custom size or finish. To ask about a custom piece, contact us with the measurements of the vanity.
Travertine is a porous calcite stone, and acidic or abrasive substances can etch the honed surface. The stone is protected with a sealer, and how often it is resealed depends on how much the sink is used.
