A fluted white marble wall sink
This wall-mount sink is carved from a single block of white and gray marble quarried in Turkey. Its front and edges are fluted, cut with vertical grooves into the stone itself, so the sink reads as a sculptural piece rather than a plain basin. Every flute, vein and surface variation is unique, a natural result of hand-worked stone. The sink measures 28 inches long, 16 inches wide and 5 inches high, and it is polished inside and out.
Design
Grooves carved into the stone
The fluting is not an applied ornament. The grooves are carved into the marble along the front and the edges, and they catch the light through the day, giving the face of the sink a rhythm that a flat surface does not have. The white ground and gray veining run across the flutes, so the pattern of the stone and the carving read together. The polish covers both the interior and the exterior. Inside, the smooth polished basin resists water spotting and keeps daily cleaning simple; outside, the polished flutes give the stone a soft sheen and depth without needing constant attention. Moderate color variation is normal, so the veining will differ from piece to piece.

Floating on the wall
The 28 by 16 inch rectangle suits a compact powder room as well as a primary bath. Mounted on the wall, the sink avoids the visual weight of a pedestal and leaves the floor open, which helps a smaller bathroom feel larger without giving up a substantial washing area. The 1.5 inch drain hole takes a standard drain assembly, so the sink connects to existing plumbing without reconfiguration.

Installation
Plan the wall before it arrives
Solid marble is heavy, so the wall needs blocking between the studs at the mounting height before the sink is hung. That is simplest to add while the wall is open. The faucet position, on the wall or elsewhere, should be decided early so the supply lines can be run to match, and the drain rough-in should line up with the drain hole. A professional installer is recommended for both the weight and the alignment.

Care
Marble is a porous calcite stone, and acids can etch the polished surface and the flutes. Sealing protects it, and how often the sink is resealed depends on how much the bathroom is used.
