A 43 inch marble sink with a hidden drain
This wall-mounted sink is carved as one solid block from white marble quarried in Turkey. It is 43 inches long, 16 inches wide and 6 inches high, a long basin that gives a bathroom a generous washing area. The stone carries the bold veining Turkish marble is known for, and each piece is one of a kind, with natural variations that set it apart from anything made in a factory. The finish is polished, which intensifies the veining and gives the stone a smooth, reflective face.
Design
One block, nothing on show
The defining detail is the hidden drain system. The drain hardware is concealed, so the basin shows only marble and the minimal line of the sink is not interrupted by a visible drain cover. The polished surface catches the light along the full 43 inch length and makes the veining read clearly. Where some marbles have quiet, subtle veining, this Turkish stone has bolder lines and a richer palette. Moderate color variation is normal, so the veining will differ from one sink to the next.

Where to use it
A long basin on the wall
Mounted on the wall, the sink does away with a bulky vanity cabinet, frees the floor and makes a smaller bathroom feel lighter. The 43 inch length gives more working surface than a typical wall-mounted sink, while the 16 inch width and 6 inch height keep daily washing comfortable. The same sink can also sit on top of a vanity when storage below is needed. The 1.5 inch drain hole accommodates standard plumbing fixtures.

Installation
Reinforce the wall
Professional installation is essential. Solid marble at this length is heavy, so the wall needs substantial reinforcement: blocking between the studs at the mounting height, added while the wall is open. A 1 inch bracket space under the sink takes the mounting hardware and keeps the area below clean and uncluttered. A wall-mounted faucet should be placed before the wall is closed, with supply lines roughed in to match. If the sink sits on a vanity instead, the cabinet must be flat, level and strong.

Care
Marble is a porous calcite stone, and acids such as vinegar or lemon can etch the polished surface. Sealing protects it against stains and water absorption, and how often it is resealed depends on use, typically once a year.
