This oval dining table is made from Troia Light travertine quarried in Turkey. The top is 75 inches long and 40 inches wide, and the table stands 30 inches high on solid travertine legs carved with vertical flutes. It is a warm, light stone with an earthy character, finished by hand by Turkish stone specialists.

Design

Warm stone, fluted legs

The top has a polished surface and a half-bullnose edge, which brings a clean, modern finish while keeping the natural look of the travertine. Light beige tones and soft natural markings run through the stone, and with moderate variation each table is unique. The legs are the signature detail. Each is a round travertine column with fluted channels, spreading the load of the top while adding sculptural depth that a plain pedestal would not have. Over years of use, small signs of wear become part of the patina of a natural stone.
