Product Description
Taj Opus Emperial Grey 24x24 matte porcelain tile frames a gray marble look in a balanced square. The surface interprets Taj Mahal stone through gentle tonal movement and a fine shimmer, while the matte finish diffuses reflections. Rectified sides give the 9 mm, or 3/8 inch, tile a precise perimeter.
The 24x24 scale reduces the frequency of the grid compared with smaller pieces and allows the stone pattern to read across a broad face. V3 variation creates discernible differences in shade and pattern from one tile to the next. This format is rated for residential and commercial interior floors and walls, shower walls, backsplashes, and light-use residential floors across bathrooms, kitchens, and living rooms. Its ANSI A326.3 ID classification denotes level indoor floors kept dry.
An absorption rate of 0.5% or less places the body in the impervious porcelain category, so it accepts almost no internal moisture. At least 425 pounds of breaking strength exceeds the 250-pound ANSI floor-tile requirement. Wet DCOF is 0.42 or above, satisfying the ANSI A326.3 threshold for level indoor surfaces that encounter water. Additional properties include Class E chemical resistance and resistance to both frost and thermal shock.
